We are a Montréal-based private real estate firm. We invest, develop, and operate, retaining ownership through every phase.

Founded by Michael Dadoun and Avi Krispine, Claria is backed by decades of combined experience in real estate, investment, finance and entrepreneurship. Michael’s background spans M&A, private investment and business building, while Avi brings more than 25 years of real estate leadership, including as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at CBRE. Their complementary expertise forms the foundation of Claria’s disciplined approach to real estate investment and development.

We acquire land, design communities, raise capital, construct, lease, and manage. Our alignment with capital partners is direct: co-founders invest in every project.
