We are a Montréal-based private real estate firm. We invest, develop, and operate — maintaining ownership through every phase.

Claria was founded by Michael Dadoun and Avi Krispine. Michael brings deep expertise in technology and private equity; Avi brings extensive experience in finance, capital markets, and real estate investment. Together they built a genuinely different firm: a vertically integrated platform that controls the full value chain.

We acquire land, design communities, raise capital, construct, lease, and manage. We do not transact and move on. Our alignment with capital partners is direct — co-founders invest in every project.
